DELUXE PACKAGE

$1800

TRAILER RENTAL ONLY PACKAGE

  • Bartenders/staff not present during event
  • Set up and breakdown of horse trailer included
  • Free delivery within a 15 mile radius of 48170
  • 15% service charge (gratuity)



ADD-ONS

  • Extra hours ($125 for each additional hour)
  • Extra bartender ($75/hour)
  • Frozen beverage machine for margaritas, pina coladas, frozen coke, etc... ($50 for event)
  • Extra guests ($3 per person over 50 or 75)
  • Self-serve drink trough ($50) Galvanized steel trough with ice for self-service alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks
  • Co2 tank rental for keg ($50 for event)
  • Special decor (specialized by event)
  • Other customizations



PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • We LOVE cash.
  • However, we are set-up to accept credit card payments and e-transfers (Venmo & Zelle).



PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  • A 50% deposit will hold your event date.
  • You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 45 days prior to the date of your event.
  • You'll receive a 50% refund if you cancel 15-44 days from your event.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be refunded.
  • Remaining balance and payments are due on the day of the event.
